Wedding Floral Offerings

Over the last decade, we’ve helped over 300 couples design and experience their perfect floral environments. From whimsical flower crowns to romantic arbors, we work to help you set a lush and celebratory tone. Our specialty is working with seasonal flowers and greenery that we grow ourselves or source locally. Our design style is playful and organic, with lots of texture and surprise elements. No two Fireside Farm bouquets are ever the same, as we design with what is in season to customize your vision.

Wedding Floral Booking Process

If you are drawn to our design style and want to work with us, the most important thing is to start early! It’s not uncommon for our peak season dates to be booked 12-16 months in advance. Peak season dates are early March through mid-June, and late August through mid-November. As soon as you know your date, reach out and check if we have that date available.

Second, make sure that your venue or ceremony site is within the Chapel Hill-Durham area. We provide flowers for local venues within a 25-mile radius of our farm in Orange County.

If we are available, and your location is confirmed to be local, we can begin the process of exploring whether our design style matches the vision of your wedding. We begin with a Zoom or phone conversation in which we explore different floral aesthetics, pricing, and the logistics for your event.

If we’re a good fit, we’ll send you a detailed and itemized estimate for your wedding florals. If everything looks good to you, say YES, send a deposit, and the date is yours. We can make adjustments and changes before the big day, but this initial process and estimate will get us started.
