Join potter Liz Kelly and farmer/florist Lisa Joyner for a special collaboration at Fireside Farm on Saturday, August 19 from 5-8 (or until the sun goes down). We’ll tour the farm; pick flowers, herbs, and greenery; design an arrangement in a custom-made take home Liz Kelly vessel; and enjoy the garden at dusk. Come prepared for late-summer butterflies and frisky farm dogs; wear comfortable close-toed shoes, and bring a container to take home extra flowers along with your arrangement.

The farm is in Efland, NC, about 30 minutes south of Durham and west of Chapel Hill. The address is 6323 Mt Mitchell Rd, Efland, NC 27243. Once you have bought your ticket, we’ll send you an email with more specific directions and details about the evening. We’ll have plenty of snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, but if you’d like to bring anything else to eat or drink, you are welcome to do so and there are lots of spots on the farm to enjoy them at dusk.
